Ian, the owner, was in touch with me immediately and stayed in constant communication. He was incredibly helpful, understanding, and a pleasure to deal with. The groomer who came over, was absolutely awesome! She was patient, took great care of my cat, and was warm, friendly, and understanding throughout the entire visit. After the spa day, my cat actually became more affectionate! My cat is clean, fresh, refreshed, and looks amazing. Truly a life-changing experience for my little (fat) kitty!

The groomers have been so patient and understanding with our anxious puppy and the convenience of the mobile van is wonderful. They are the best - it’s so easy to book and schedule with these professionals. Can’t recommend enough!

Some people hire mobile groomers simply for the convenience—because they come to you. But for the rest of us, a service like this is a lifeline to provide care for a complicated pet, whether the pet is elderly or reactive, or just gets stressed in overwhelming environments like noisy grooming salons. This is a remarkably well-run, locally-owned business staffed with patient, flexible, and caring groomers. I would give Ian and his staff 10 stars if that were possible. This business is a pet owner’s dream and it became a critical component in supporting my Shih Tzu in his elder years.

Easy scheduling and super convenient. Brian did an excellent job with our pup, giving him a proper Welsh Terrier cut. Our dog does NOT like having his hair cut, but Brian won him over. We'll definitely use them again!
