Jessi began her grooming career in 2015 at a traditional salon, where she honed her skills before joining Bark & Mane in 2019. A lifelong animal lover, Jessi was drawn to grooming as a way to turn her passion into a career. She especially enjoys the independence of mobile grooming and the opportunity to work one-on-one with each pet, building trust and creating a calm, personal experience. Outside of work, Jessi lives in Sherrills Ford with her two long-haired Chihuahuas, Stella and Nigel. A Florida native, she relocated to North Carolina after her father’s job brought the family to the area. In her free time, she loves gardening—spending hours planting flowers and transforming her backyard into a peaceful retreat.

Samantha began her grooming career in 2006 after transitioning from emergency veterinary medicine in search of a more joyful way to stay connected with animals. She joined Bark & Mane in 2023 and quickly became known for the strong relationships she builds with both pets and their owners. Samantha treasures the trust and connection that come from caring for dogs one-on-one. At home, she shares life with her 12-year-old mixed breed pup, Diesel. Originally from Watseka, Illinois, Samantha moved to North Carolina in 2005 and settled in the Lake Norman area in 2012 after meeting her husband. When she’s not grooming, she’s either cooking, gardening, celebrating every holiday with next-level decorations, or enjoying time with her family and beloved dog.

Kimberly has been grooming since 2000 and joined Bark & Mane in 2021. Though she got into grooming by accident, she quickly discovered a passion for the work—especially the quiet, meaningful one-on-one time she gets to spend with each pet. Building trust with dogs is what she finds most rewarding. Kimberly shares her home with two beloved pups: Diesel, a Lab-Coonhound mix, and Bimini, a Boxer. A Lake Norman native, Kimberly enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, relaxing with a drink, and spending quality time with her family when she’s not on the road pampering pets.

Cassidy joined Bark & Mane in 2021 and has been grooming ever since, driven by a lifelong passion for working with animals in a joyful, healthy environment. What she loves most about her job is the "butt wigglys"—those happy tail wags pets give after a great groom—and seeing how amazing they look afterward. She finds the grooming experience incredibly intimate and rewarding. At home, Cassidy shares her life with a vibrant crew of pets: two snakes, two dogs, two mice, and ten cats. When she’s not pampering pets, she enjoys spending her free time immersed in her favorite pastimes—surrounded by the animals she loves.

Tajuana joined Bark & Mane on March 3rd, 2025, bringing with her a lifelong passion for helping animals feel and look their best. She loves the moment when a dog begins to recognize her, trust her, and truly relax—reminding her why she chose this career. Tajuana shares her life with two mixed-breed female dogs who mean the world to her. Originally from Statesville, NC, she relocated to the Concord area to pursue greater opportunities in the grooming industry. When she's not working, she enjoys relaxing, cooking, getting pedicures, and binge-watching her favorite shows.

Kaylee began grooming in March of 2023 and joined the Bark & MAne team in January 2025. Her journey into grooming began unexpectedly when a restaurant she worked at closed and she took a job at PetSmart through a friend. It turned out to be a perfect fit—grooming came naturally, and the dogs took to her immediately. What she loves most is the moment a dog truly trusts her—nothing feels more rewarding. Kaylee shares her home with a lovable pitty/staffy mix named Hazel, four indoor/outdoor cats, and a leopard gecko named Echo. A Charlotte native, she’s proud to be serving the pets in her hometown. Outside of work, she enjoys playing with Hazel, indulging in well-earned naps, and diving into the world of Minecraft.

Born and raised in Indian Trail, North Carolina, Sav has been grooming professionally for two years and loves helping pets look and feel their best. He joined the Bark & Mane team in the fall of 2025 and has enjoyed building connections with pets and their families ever since.

When he's not grooming, he's spending time with his own furry (and not-so-furry!) family, which includes his dogs, Nova and Laika; his cats, River and Nic; and even a frog named Raspberry!

One of his funniest grooming memories happened when a dog unexpectedly reached up and licked the inside of his ear during a groom—a surprise he definitely wasn't expecting! 👂🐶😂

With a gentle approach and a genuine love for animals, Sav is dedicated to making every grooming experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. He looks forward to meeting you and your pets! 💛🐾

A North Carolina native from Cornelius, Maddie has been grooming professionally since 2021 and is passionate about helping pets look and feel their best. She joined the Bark & Mane team in January 2026 and enjoys building lasting relationships with both pets and their families.

At home, she's a proud pet parent to a Border Collie mix and three cats, so she understands firsthand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your furry family members.

While she may not have a single funniest grooming story to share, she knows that every day in grooming brings something new and keeps the job interesting! From playful personalities to heartwarming moments, no two days are ever the same.

With a calm, caring approach and years of experience, Maddie is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and positive grooming experience for every pet she meets. She looks forward to caring for your four-legged family members! 🐾💛

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Lia has called North Carolina home for many years. She began her grooming career about a year ago at a locally owned grooming salon, where she discovered her passion for helping pets look and feel their best.

A proud dog mom, she shares her home with Ashlee, her lovable Pit Bull, Boxer, and Blue Heeler mix. Since joining the Bark & Mane team a few months ago, she has enjoyed building relationships with both pets and their families while continuing to grow her grooming skills.

One of her favorite grooming memories involves a dog who stood up on his hind legs and begged with his front paws throughout the groom—keeping everyone laughing along the way!
